The functional seats of new ergonomic concept are available with the following features: Reinforced nylon base. For a less wear and tear in the rotation mechanism, pure nylon casters provided with a steel pin which weights on a steel ball in the inner part of the base. Sliding base with tubolar steel 28mm., thickness 2 mm., painted with high resistance epoxy powders. Tubular steel legs; diameter 25mm., thickness 1,5mm.painted with high resistance epoxy powders. Lift system for seat-height with gas piston and control button placed on the top of it, according to law, or screw piston with a friction system for the adjustment and internal damping spring. Bearing steel plate for the cone fixing with lift system for the seat height, internal gas or screw synchronization mechanism for the ergonomic angle-setting of the seat-backrest or only of the seat or backrest. Inner seat structure and backrest made with multilayers mixed beechwood, thickness 12mm. Self-extinguishing padding, density 40 RC in the seat and 30 RC in the backrest. Seat and backrest with PST shockproof and anti- scratch protection. Steel armrests covered with integral polyurethane. Upholstery: see pattern book. Seats series designed in accordance with dir. CEE 90/270 and D.L. 626 from 19.09.94.
